   Two More Major Industry Players Part Ways With GMA

Tyson Foods and Unilever are leaving the Grocery Manufacturers Association — the latest big-name members to depart amid industry pressures that have roiled the trade group.

The departures follow those of Campbell Soup Co., Nestlé, Dean Foods and Mars, all of which decided not to renew their membership in recent weeks.

At least six major food companies have now broken with the association as it struggles to navigate deep disagreements within the industry over how to respond to rapidly changing consumer tastes. POLITICO first reported on the internal strife last month.
