HOUSTON, TX – MountainKing’s popular Grill Bins, the company’s eye-catching, half-pallet size point-of-sale tool for promoting outdoor grilling, have been transformed into Oven Bins featuring new imagery of oven-baked cuisine as families shift their meal preparation to the kitchen during the coldest months of the year.

“We get flooded with calls from stores wanting the Grill Bins every summer,” says John Pope, MountainKing Vice President of Sales and Marketing.  “It just makes sense to offer the same tool for more oven-focused, winter weather cooking.”

Pope adds the point-of-sale Oven Bin, with its 14.5 cubic feet of space, is ideal for MountainKing’s 1.5#, 3# and 5# package sizes.  Coupled with its eight square feet of high-graphic imagery, the MountainKing bin generates a revenue value of $300 - $400 per display.

“With its attention-getting graphics, the wintertime Oven Bin presents excellent opportunities as a secondary, in-store display and for cross-merchandising opportunities with other departments.”

MountainKing Potatoes is one of the world’s largest growers of high-flavor potato varieties.  Currently, about one million U.S. households enjoy MountainKing products every week.
