Grupo Lala, S.A.B. de C.V. informs that, as it has been advanced in the press release of October 26th, the Cooperativa Central dos Produtores Rurais de Minas Gerais Ltda exercised its right of first refusal to acquire 50% of the shares representing the capital stock of Itambé, which belonged to Vigor Alimentos S.A., for an implicit value of R$ 700 million.

"We're in a situation today where we've got more local milk production than we have processing capacity that can handle the production," said Rick Naerebout, CEO of the Idaho Dairymen's Association. "And so we're faced with a situation where we have to push milk out of the area to find homes to process it."
