Quickes Traditional Introduces New Cheese 'Lady Prue'

We’ve been experimenting in the cheese dairy, and we’re excited to share with you our first evet mixed milk cheese, ‘Lady Prue’.

Named after Mary Quicke's mother who originally established the dairy in the seventies, Lady Prue combines goat's and cow's milk to create a youthful, pale and delicate clothbound cheese, with a subtle taste of goat and a gentle caramelly hint.

The first wedges are available exclusively from Heritage Cheese in Borough Market, London’s oldest food market.
