Commercial harvest of Atlantic group cobia (Georgia to New York) will close in federal waters at 12:01 a.m. (local time) September 5, 2017. Commercial harvest will reopen in federal waters at 12:01 a.m. (local time) on January 1, 2018.

Demakes Enterprises, Inc., a Lynn, Mass. establishment, is recalling approximately 32,228 pounds of fully cooked chicken sausage product due to misbranding and undeclared allergens, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today. The product contains milk, a known allergen, which is not declared on the product label.
