INDUSTRY, CA Things are baking at Panera Bread these days. And Industry is the latest business to come out of the oven.
The fast-casual store-bakery has been open for only a few days at its Industry spot and already, Tony Rolland operator of 15 Paneras throughout the region likes what he sees.
Theres a latent appreciation for getting something done fresh and the old-fashioned way, said Rolland, who got into Paneras joint-venture program about six years ago.
His decision to be an operator of Panera stores is paying off.
