Callebaut’s Ruby Couverture Makes Mass U.S. Debut at Salon du Chocolat NY

For the first time, Belgian chocolate maker Callebaut® is bringing the biggest innovation in cocoa to the United States en masse: ruby RB1 will be highlighted at Salon du Chocolat NY this November. 

If you’re not familiar, Salon du Chocolat is the world’s largest event celebrating chocolate, cocoa and pastry. Ruby offers a totally new taste experience – a tension between fresh berry-fruitiness and luscious smoothness – that satisfies a different consumer need than dark, milk and white chocolate. Made from pure cocoa beans, Barry Callebaut has unlocked the flavor and color tone naturally present in select cocoa beans through unique processing that took 10+ years to perfect.
