The Cookie Factory is opening a second store, the latest growth for the Troy, New York family-owned bakery and wholesale supplier.
A 1,300-square-foot store is coming to Kimberly Square in Loudonville, a shopping center anchored by the Price Chopper supermarket at 469 Albany Shaker Road, said Chris Alberino, co-owner.
The target opening date is July 1. No baking will be done on site.
