Dr. Lucy’s Reports Rapid Sales Of Gluten-Free Cookies

ANAHEIM, Calif. – Dr. Lucy’s LLC, makers of Lucy’s gluten-free cookies, reported it is experiencing rapid growth in supermarket chains and natural foods grocery stores in a press release. The company noted the growing trend in popularity of high-quality healthy snacks (including gluten free) is evidenced by Lucy’s cookies recent distribution expansion to include regional supermarket chains Stop & Shop and Giant Food Stores in the northeast and mid-Atlantic, Harris Teeter in the southeast, and natural foods retailer Sprouts Farmers Market in the southwest. Lucy’s cookies are also currently found in Shaw’s, Price Chopper, Hannaford, King Kullen and nationally in Whole Foods Markets. In addition, Lucy’s was recently chosen by Starbucks as one of nine snack products in its new “Snacks On The Go” program which launched in January.

Lucy’s cookies come in 5.5 ounce boxes or 1.25 ounce snack bags, and are available in delicious varieties: Chocolate Chip, Sugar, Cinnamon Thins and Oatmeal. Lucy's cookies are gluten free; made without milk, eggs, peanuts or tree nuts; contain only natural ingredients with no preservatives; are certified kosher pareve; and are vegan. Lucy’s special dedicated bakery employs the allergen-control methods to help safeguard people who may be affected by certain food sensitivities.
