With a record-breaking 75 submissions from 32 supermarket chains, it was a challenge in itself to choose just three decorators to compete in the IDDBA's 15th Annual Cake Decorating Challenge. The Challenge is a three-day marathon event and will be held in the Show & Sell Center in Houston, TX, during the IDDBA's Dairy-Deli-Bake 2010. Decorators chosen to compete are
