NAMPA – The largest independent, family-owned bakery on the West Coast has purchased Harvest Classic Bakery in Nampa.
Harvest Classic items are sold throughout Idaho, as well as in-store at Winco Foods stores across the state. Franz will maintain the Harvest Classic name as well as all existing products made at its Nampa location.
Franz will also add a second retail store in the Boise area, housed on-site at Harvest Classic Bakery's location on Parkcentre Way in Nampa. The new outlet will be open Oct. 4. Franz also has a bakery outlet on North Benjamin Way in Boise.
