Orlando Baking Company Review

Did you know that the Orlando Baking Company has been a part of Cleveland since 1904 when part of the Orlando family emigrated from Italy and settled in Cleveland? The company was originally founded in Castel di Sangro, Italy in 1872 as a traditional retail bakery and has since grown into a major supplier of delicious wholesale breads and rolls.

Over 250 varieties of breads and rolls, and custom baked goods make up the Orlando Baking Company product line. These items are produced in a state-of-the-art bakery on Cleveland's near east side and sold in grocery stores throughout the country.

My family recently sampled the Orlando Baking Company's signature Ciabatta Bread which is becoming a staple on menus across America. I was interested to learn that Orlando Baking Company was the first bakery in the United States to begin producing Ciabatta bread. Each loaf of Ciabatta is individually made and requires two full days to prepare for baking.
