Puratos Group reached an agreement with PMG Premium Mühlen Gruppe GmbH & Co to acquire their Plange Bakery Ingredient Business.
We are pleased to announce Puratos’ intention to acquire the Plange Bakery Ingredient Business.
This will allow Puratos to increase its presence and market penetration in Germany. The agreement is pending approval of the German competition authorities.
