Puratos To Host Taste Beyond Imagination In Napa Valley

The Puratos Corporation will be hosting Taste Beyond Imagination, a two-day event focused on sourdough and artisan breads. The event will take place in Napa Valley, Calif., on Tuesday, October 10th and Wednesday, October 11th 2017. The goal of this two-day seminar is to reveal to Puratos customers the value of bread innovation, showcase the processes needed to produce artisan-style breads, unlock key consumer trends and emphasize the importance of sourdough biodiversity.

Taste Beyond Imagination will be hosted by Sourdough Ambassador, Karl De Smedt, from the Puratos Center for Bread Flavor located in St. Vith, Belgium. In Karl’s own words, “The Future of Bread Lies in its Past! Therefore, we are on a quest to not only gain back the heritage of sourdough fermentation but also discover how sourdough can attribute to more than just flavor.”
