Sara Lee CEO Discusses Bakery Business In Hot Season

When Sara Lee Corp. reported its third-quarter results Thursday, it said its brands like Jimmy Dean and Hillshire Farms helped drive revenue for its North American retail business segment.

In other divisions, such as North American Fresh Bakery, where volume and revenue both fell, the picture was darker.
