Worcester Planning Board Approves Table Talk Pies' Building Plans

WORCESTER — Table Talk Pies' plans to expand its operations to the South Worcester Industrial Park have cleared a first hurdle, with the Planning Board unanimously approving plans for a 50,000-square-foot building.
The building will be situated on two parcels in SWIP, 17 Southgate Place and 25 Southgate St., which Chacharone Properties LLC is in the process of acquiring from the city.
Table Talk will lease the building from Chacharone Properties.
Andrew Liston, of Thompson-Liston Associates and representing Chacharone Properties, told the Planning Board Wednesday night that the city has been a great help in getting the area ready for the intended use.
