Dollar Tree Inc. is testing an expanded grocery store concept called Dollar
Tree Market, opening in Chesapeake, VA boasting an expanded housewares section and baked goods made on premises, including custom-ordered cakes, said Chelle Davis, spokeswoman for Dollar Tree, based in Chesapeake.
