The high-barrier shelf-stable package allows Canada Bread, owned by Maple Leaf Foods, to distribute nationally as well as cross-market display in un-refrigerated areas of the store through the use of eye-catching eight color flexographic process printed graphics.

ABA Calls For Withdrawal Of Flawed Marketing Proposal

The American Bakers Association (ABA) called on the Interagency Working Group (IWG) to withdraw its fatally flawed proposal for foods marketed to children and to take a fresh approach based on sound science of the 2010 Dietary Guidelines. ABA also urged IWG to build on successful industry initiatives. Eight grains industry partners joined ABA in the comments filed with the Federal Trade Commission.
