Franz Doubles The Size Of Its Nampa, Idaho Bakery

Franz Bakery, the largest independent, family-owned bakery on the West Coast, is doubling the size of its Nampa, Idaho bakery. Franz purchased the Harvest Classic Bakery in Nampa in August 2010. Since the purchase, Franz has added a retail outlet store on site and is adding 25,000 square feet of additional space, for a total of 50,000 square feet. The bakery expansion, built by Benchmark Construction, is slated for completion later this summer. There are currently 28 employees at the Nampa bakery.
