A new store is part of a Chapter 12 bankruptcy reorganization plan the dairy filed for in November to allow it to avoid liquidation, Tim Iwig said. The family farm, which has been raising cows since 1910, expanded into processing and bottling milk and selling it in retail stores in 2005.
