Sartori Company has announced the return of their Limited Edition Extra-Aged Goat cheese to finer cheese shops in June. This unique, award winning cheese was awarded a prestigious Gold Medal from the U.K. based Global Cheese Awards.

IDDBA's Dairy-Deli-Bake 2013 Program Announced

The International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association™ (IDDBA) has announced the speaker lineup for Dairy-Deli-Bake 2013. The event will be held June 2-4 in Orlando, FL at the Orange County Convention Center. Jeune Autize, A Goat's Milk Morbier

Morbier has never been one of my favorite French cheeses, so I was a little surprised by my enthusiasm for Jeune Autize. This latter is, in essence, a goat's milk rendition of traditional Morbier, the cow's milk wheel recognizable by its central ripple of ash.

Anchor Packaging Rewarded For Energy Efficiency

Anchor Packaging, one of America’s largest manufacturers of specialty food packaging used in restaurant and supermarket take-out meals, received a $56,794 incentive check from Entergy Arkansas.  This award was attained by installing energy-efficient high-bay lighting, lighting controls, and process upgrades that will significantly reduce the amount of electricity used in their Marmaduke, AR facility.
