Daniele Inc. has recently installed a state-of-the-art, innovative high-pressure pasteurization (HPP) machine that will ensure the safest quality of meats and extend the shelf life of the product. The 350-Liter HPP system from Avure Technologies utilizes extremely high water pressure (up to 87,000 pounds per square inch) to inactivate microorganisms and enzymes and destroy food pathogens.
