The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware accepted the bid from Reser’s Fine Foods, Inc. to purchase substantially all of the assets and operations of Chef Solutions Inc., a subsidiary of Chef Solutions Holdings, LLC., including those of its primary operating subsidiary, Orval Kent Food Company, LLC. Reser’s will operate Orval Kent’s previous businesses, with a significantly strengthened balance sheet and improved liquidity.
