Roundy's Recalls Fully Cooked Chicken Breast Deli Products, May Be Undercooked

Roundy’s Supermarkets Inc., a Milwaukee based company with an establishment in Kenosha, Wisc., is recalling approximately 360 pounds of breaded chicken breast products, that should have been fully cooked, because they may have been undercooked. These products would have been sold to consumers at deli counters, and the original branding is not transferred at the deli counters to consumer packages.

2011 Second Quarter Prosciutto Di Parma Export Sales Increase

Exports of Prosciutto di Parma to the United States steadily increased the second quarter of 2011 compared to 2010 numbers. While April saw a modest increase, May and June featured significant growth with export increases of 15.6% and 39.5% respectively.
