Emmi Roth USA is commemorating its 20th year of crafting and curing cheese in Monroe, Wisconsin with the release of a new cookbook highlighting easy ways to entertain with award-winning cheeses and fresh dairy products. Roth Käse USA began its operations in 1991, and was acquired by Emmi Group in 2009. After merging with Emmi’s US subsidiary (Emmi USA), the company is now known as Emmi Roth USA and offers a full range of imported and domestic cheese specialties along with fresh dairy products.

Vermont Farmstead Cheese Company was awarded two 2nd place finishes at the World Dairy Expo Championship Dairy Product Contest for their BrickHaus Tilsit and AleHouse Cheddar. BrickHaus Tilsit was awarded 2nd place in the Open Class Semi-soft Cheese category .15 points behind the Cheese & Butter Grand Champion. AleHouse Cheddar took 2nd place in the flavored natural cheese category, just .05 points behind the winner of that category.
