Royer’s Flowers Chain Expanding In Central PA

Lebanon, PA-based Royers Flowers & Gifts will open its first Carlisle store in August. The flower shop chain is building a store at 100 York Road, and construction should be complete in July, President and CEO Greg Royer said.
