New Owners Continue Sparta, Wisconsin's Foss Fine Meats' Long History

Mark Wells and Travis Brooks are cousins who, at the end of December, became the owners of Foss Fine Meats at 325 W. Wisconsin St. in Sparta, which father and son Mel and Gerry Foss started in 1939.  Wells said the new owners plan no major changes in the business. They have kept the products that the meat market was making and may add a few new ones.
