A Brampton processing company is beefing up its sausage production courtesy of an $826,000 cash injection from Ottawa.  Parliamentary Secretary Pierre Lemieux, on behalf of federal Agriculture Minister Gerry Ritz, announced funding for Cardinal Meat Specialists Ltd., a local company that produces meat products for distribution to retail markets.
