The new year is ushering in a brand new day at Colorful Harvest, with personnel changes at several levels.  Doug Ranno, long time COO, will be moving on to pursue other interests in 2014, following an ownership change that was announced in late 2013.  Steffanie Smith will carry on the leadership role as the company’s new CEO.  “Doug’s talent and energy will be missed, and we wish him well.  We look forward to building on the foundation that has been laid, and taking the company to new heights in 2014,” said Smith.
