New Ozark Farmers Co-Op Finds Success Selling Tomatoes In Grocery Stores

One recent proud accomplishment by folks in the West Plains area is the formation of a new farmers cooperative. It's not the kind that deals with grain, but instead specializes in home-grown produce. Twelve growers are supplying tomatoes to Pyramid Foods, which runs multiple grocery stores.
