Visitors at Chr. Hansen’s booth at the SupplySide West 2010 trade show taking place Oct. 20 through 23 in Las Vegas, NV, USA, will be able to see, taste and hear about Chr. Hansen’s newest probiotic products.
“We will be bringing our newest probiotic offerings to this year’s SupplySide West, such as new strains and a new product concept,” says Charlotte Beyerholm, Marketing Manager, Human Health & Nutrition, Chr. "Right now we are marketing Lactobacillus fermentum PCC® and Lactobacillus F19®, the two most recent extensions to our Probio-Tec® range of probiotic strains with documented effect, and we will of course be promoting these strains in Las Vegas, too.” PCC® is a very promising strain within immune health and F19® has documented effect within gastrointestinal health.
“Earlier this year we launched our combined probiotics and fiber concept for improved digestive health which paves the way for powerful anti-constipation supplements containing efficacious probiotics and beneficial fibers,” says Beyerholm. The supplement format is a 6 g stick with powder to be sifted over breakfast cereals or poured into a glass of water daily or twice a day.
