Elmhurst, IL – Don’t miss the conference that will bring all segments of the cheese industry together to address concerns and developments relevant to cheese and whey product manufacturers. The Global Cheese Technology Forum (GCTF) will return to the Peppermill Resort in Reno, Nevada, on November 5 – 7 for their 5th biennial meeting.
This two-day event is an opportunity for those in the cheese and whey manufacturing industries to learn and discuss our role in today’s global economy. It is designed to be a forum for discussing the latest technical information relevant to the cheese industry, provide information on current marketing issues related to cheese, as well as an opportunity to network with other stakeholders in the industry.
Attendees will have the opportunity to hear about new ideas and practices in cheese technology and applications, meet friends and colleagues, engage in panel discussions and be treated to a cheese and wine social.
