Three projects including a $25.6 million expansion plan from Steuben Foods Inc., are under consideration by the Erie County Industrial Development Agency.
In all, the projects represent investment of nearly $40 million.
Steuben plans to renovate its Elma plant on Maple Road, adding 7,645-square-feet of new space and replacing aging equipment.
