2 Cheese Makers In Berks County Get a Boost From PA Dairy Grants

By summer’s end, Rebecca Seidel will throw open the doors to her own cheese-making operation, One Horn Farm in Heidelberg Township.

The grants, about $40,000 each, are from the Pennsylvania Dairy Investment Program, a joint effort of the state Department of Agriculture and Department of Economic and Community Development.
