Elizabeth, NJ – Atalanta Corporation, a leading specialty food importer has acquired ANCO Fine Cheese – a business unit from Schratter Foods Inc.

The All Nations Cheese Organization (ANCO) is one of the largest and broadest specialty cheese importers in the US.
