HAMBURG — A Marathon County cheese maker will be closing its doors, according to a part-owner.
Bletsoe Cheese Factory, which employs eight people in Hamburg, did not have an exact closing date.
Part-owner Jackie Bletsoe told News 9 there were a number of factors contributing to the decision, including a lack of help, FDA requirements, aging equipment and the fact that they only have one cheesemaker.
