RICHFIELD, WI – DCI Cheese Company announces the release of Party Express, a new line of 27-ounce party trays featuring upscale cheeses, meats and crackers conveniently packaged for effortless entertaining. The trays are available at select retailers in two varieties: Gourmet Party Tray and Great Midwest Tray. DCI can also source regional variations, manage component selection and facilitate label development for customized, private label opportunities.
“Based on sales figures, our retailers noticed that their customers were increasingly seeking grab-and-go options for entertaining at home,” states Dominique Delugeau, Senior Vice President of Sales at DCI. “DCI is widely recognized as a solution-based provider and we knew that with a little research and some creative packaging, we could satisfy this growing need with a high-quality, upscale option. Our Party Express trays provide the convenience, value and variety that today’s savvy shoppers are seeking.”
The Gourmet Party Tray features Medium Cheddar and Havarti, an upgrade from the typical Colby found in most cheese trays. These premium sliced cheeses are paired with award-winning Black Diamond Sharp Cheddar Cold Pack Spread made from 2-year old Cheddar. Finishing off the upscale snacking collection is hard salami and Ritz crackers.
The Great Midwest Tray incorporates Pepperoni and a first-class selection of Wisconsin cheeses including Sharp Cheddar cheese spread and sliced Mild Cheddar and Colby Jack. As with the Gourmet Party Tray, these are packaged with America’s top selling cracker, Ritz.
Private label opportunities are available as well. DCI has the capabilities to package the Gourmet Party Tray or Great Midwest Tray products with customer-dictated labeling. Additionally, new components can be added to create a distinctive, chain-specific offering.
