HYDE PARK, MA – Effie’s Homemade celebrates three sofi™ awards in the cracker and cookie categories and provides a peek at their new packaging at booth #4933 at the Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco.
This year’s Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco is a special one for Effie’s Homemade. In addition to celebrating three sofi™ Awards for Ryecakes (Silver, cracker category), Nutcakes (Bronze, cracker category), and Cocoacakes (Bronze, cookie category), the Effie’s team will also display their new creative packaging.
“Responding to retailer requests, we designed these new boxes in two flexible orientations – vertical and horizontal – to maximize merchandising appeal on the store shelves. Retailers now have the flexibility to display multiple facings for aisle and end-caps as well as stacking products at counters and open spaces” says Irene Costello, co-founder of Effie’s Homemade. The new packaging will be released nationally this Fall.
Thanks to recent wins, all five flavors of the Effie’s Homemade family of biscuits have now been honored with sofi™ awards. This includes the original Oatcakes, Corncakes. All five flavors are sold at natural and specialty food retailers across the U.S. and online. See the complete list of retail outlets at effieshomemade.com/contact/store-locator.
