Finlandia Cheese Wins Big At Cheese Championships

PARSIPPANY: Finlandia Cheese announced Wednesday that its premium Finlandia Swiss Cheese recipe has been named “Best of Class” in the Swiss Cheese Style category at The United States Championship Cheese Contest.

Hosted by the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association, The United States Championship Cheese Contest features 100 classes of competition open to any cheese, butter or yogurt manufactured in the United States.

The entries are evaluated by a team of skilled technical judges selected from across the U.S. who consider the areas of flavor, body and texture, salt, color, finish, packaging and other appropriate attributes, according to a press release from Finlandia.
