NEW ORLEANS — Hola Nola Foods www.holanolafoods.com has acquired the assets of NatureStar Foods, makers of Plocky's www.plockys.com brand Hummus Chips and Tortilla Chips.

Hola Nola Foods will maintain NatureStar Foods' Chicagoland area distribution facility to supply current and future customers throughout the Midwest. Paul Cipolla will act as a consultant to Hola Nola Foods and maintain long term customer relationships.
