Why: In a salute to the Camp Lejeune Marines and Marine Corps, Sarah will carve a “BIG Cheese” salute /cheese mural” in a 500 pound Wisconsin Cheddar Mammoth Cheese. This is just one of many tributes in cheese carved in cheese by Kaufmann. Her cheese assignment travels have taken her coast to coast and many of them have been near bases. She has carved for retirement ceremonies, and at the home porting ceremony of the USS Ronald Reagan aircraft carrier in San Diego. Look forward to seeing the regal Marine Corps Eagle, globe and anchor, mascot bull dog, American flag and other Marine Corps symbols in the golden cheddar. Store visitors can watch Kaufmann carve live while enjoying a free sample of Wisconsin Cheddar. Chunks of the Wisconsin Cheddar will be available for purchase as well.

Interviews: Sarah is available for on-site interviews throughout her time at Sam’s Club. The media is invited to come directly to the store to catch Sarah in action.
