Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, – Maximum Marketing has acquired Sunshine Specialties, in Southern California, which will expand Maximum Marketing’s coverage from east of the Rockies all the way to Southern California.
This acquisition will combine the two companies to create a stronger brand and bolster the accounts both companies currently cover.
Michael Iannotti, who built Sunshine Specialties into the success it is today, will continue to support the combined efforts of Maximum Marketing as the companies push through this transition. Maximum Marketing will keep intact the quality sales team who currently work for Sunshine Specialties South.
