PINE ISLAND — Now in its 83rd year, the Pine Island Cheese Festival kicks off a summer of fun Friday through Sunday in downtown Pine Island.
Along with the regular festival activities, the Pine Island Fire Relief Association will host several events including the annual Street Dance, which opens at 5 p.m. Saturday, and the firefighters water fight on Sunday after the Grand Parade.
The Fire Department Beer Garden opens at 6 p.m. Friday and noon Saturday.
