We'd love to say, "There's no rush." But, our 2014 Call for Presentations is closing on September 20! And, we need you to help shape our conference program.
Each year, ACS disseminates a Call for Presentations to members and the general public who are interested in submitting educational session ideas for our Annual Conference, as well as for education throughout the year. We are currently accepting session proposals for the 2014 Conference & Competition in Sacramento, California (July 29-August 1, 2014).
We welcome proposals aimed at educating cheesemakers, retailers, and other cheese industry professionals about best practices, new trends, research, and improving products and processes. The Conference Program Group is open to any and all topics, as they may be used for programming throughout the year, not just at the Conference.
