Structural Concepts’ G Series Display Cases Offer Versatility For Gourmet Deli Merchandising

Structural Concepts announces its new G Series display cases for deli, meat/seafood, and bakery merchandising. Created to make gourmet foods even more tempting, the cases are available in the merchandising capacity that fits your needs — low, medium, or high. A wide range of case styles and features can be combined for a designer look that matches any store’s décor.

All G Series cases are designed to line up with each other for a continuous matched profile, ideal for a variety of merchandising capacities and applications. Not only are the cases beautiful and versatile, but they also offer energy efficiency that already meets the U.S. Department of Energy’s 2012 energy standards.

Some G Series models are combination display cases that merge service and self-service as well as refrigerated and heated displays in a single case.

G Series cases come in three model groups for low-, medium-, and high-capacity display.

  • GL models offer low capacity with a single deck and rear work ledge.
  • GM models offer medium capacity with a single deck and an optional shelf or risers. Full-height, angled rear doors provide complete access to the display area.
  • GH models feature multiple shelves with full-height rear doors for maximum merchandising capacity.

All of the G Series display cases have full-view lift-up curved front glass. GL and GM models also have matching spherical glass on corner cases. Other standard features for all G Series models include all-steel construction and corrosion-resistant stainless steel tub and fan shroud, making them easy to clean and sanitize. Painted metal front and end panels increase durability and are available in different colors.
