The Spanish Pantry To Be Held In April

The Spanish Pantry, a complimentary tasting for trade and media only, will be held in New York on April 20th and in San Francisco April 22nd.

It offers one-of-a-kind products and opportunities from all regions of Spain. This year will showcase gourmet EVOO designed for kid’s taste buds, a range of EVOO gift-packs, mojama (cured tuna loins), healthy fish pat, raw-milk Manchego cheese, white Atlantic Bonito tuna in olive oil, chestnuts in Godello white wine, and much more.

Ilbesa, an aged sheep’s milk cheese from DM is among the products being exhibited. It offers a strong flavor, a well-defined sheep aroma, hard texture, dark ivory color, and small and uneven eyes.

These, along with many other new products are retail- and foodservice-ready for the US market.
