Brothers, Francisco (25) and Tomas Pergola (23), were still in their early years of college when they found themselves facing the inevitable snack conundrum… choose to eat an innovative product that is everything but familiar or choose the classic chip that tastes amazing but leaves you feeling rather guilty. So, after consultation from various medical professionals, focus groups with a large variety of consumers, seven different manufacturing facilities around the nation, and a Food Incubator with the Dairy Farmers of America; Francisco and Tomas set out, full time after graduating, to bake a better snack and ended up bringing cheddar back! Cheddies is the result of trial and error, hard work, and real ingredients.
An Overwhelming Response. The two brothers behind Cheddies dedicated themselves to bridging the gap between healthy and indulgent. After endlessly hand rolling batch after batch, they successfully created a snack you’ll not only crave, but one you’ll feel good about eating. After launching Nation Wide with Cheddar and White Cheddar, they launched 2019 with the introduction of their two newest addictive flavors; Garlic Parmesan and Barbeque!
