Vermont Creamery Debuts New Look At Summer Fancy Food Show

Websterville, VT – Vermont Creamery, makers of award-winning artisan butter and cheese, will unveil a new brand and packaging design at the Summer Fancy Food Show (Booth #467) June 30 – July 2 in New York City. New packaging featuring the refreshed brand design will flow into the marketplace beginning this fall through winter.

“We’re thrilled to introduce a new look that truly reflects our founding story, values and 34 year-history as pioneers of artisan dairy,” said FM Muñoz, Director of Marketing, Vermont Creamery. “Our new design illustrates who we are and what we care about most: the farms, our people and our superlative product quality.  While our look may have changed, fans of Vermont Creamery can rest assured that what’s inside remains the same: high-quality, delicious dairy that’s crafted in Vermont.”

Committed to bringing their story and products to more consumers, Vermont Creamery sought to develop a design that better reflected their unique history and the care they put into each of their products.   The Creamery partnered with Minneapolis-based design and branding agency Little & Company to realize their vision.

“By digging into the rich heritage of Vermont Creamery, we found a depth to their brand story that was a pleasure to bring to life in the identity system and packaging. We warmed up the brand visuals using simple, classic typography paired with a color palette and illustration style reflective of the culture that makes Vermont so very special.”

The new look is one of the ways Vermont Creamery will continue to lead as an innovator in super-premium dairy. The Creamery will be rolling out several new packaging substrates over the next year that reflect their commitment to sustainability; specifically, new packaging material for the 8 oz. culinary creams and cheeses (crème fraîche, mascarpone, fromage blanc and quark).  The new packaging format, launching in early 2019, will be paper-wrapped, leading to a reduction of plastic used in the product line.
