PEMBROKE — Construction of cheesemaker Yancey’s Fancy’s new manufacturing facility should be completed this winter, the project manager said Thursday.
“We’re shooting for the end of February, in and around there,” said Paul Felbaum of the architectural and engineering firm, One Source Facility Solutions of Atlanta, Ga.
He said work is about 80 percent complete on the new $10,250,000 advanced food manufacturing plant in Buffalo East Technology Park at routes 5 and 77. The facility under construction is a 112,000-square-foot building.
