ASCFG Releases 2010 Buyers’ Guide

Here is your copy of the Association of Specialty Cut Flower Growers’ Buyers’ Guide.  In these pages, you’ll find sources for all kinds of floral material, from aster and amaranthus, herbs and hydrangeas, to lilac and larkspur.  If you’re looking for unique fresh or dried product, organic production, or wedding flowers, the Buyers’ Guide is an invaluable source for wholesale and retail buyers, event planners, designers and florists.  Our growers, located across the United States and Canada, offer a wide range of high-quality, locally-grown product that beats other competition hands down.

For easy use, growers are listed within states, alphabetically by company name.  The symbols after the company name refers to the grower’s marketing status.  National Shipping is indicated by an airplane symbol and means that the company has the ability to ship product throughout the country via air freight, overnight specialists, or company trucks. Growers with a truck symbol (Regional Delivery) deliver within their local market area, often on their own trucks,  and might also sell at local farmers’ markets. Growers who sell off the farm, at farmers’ markets or other venues are  listed in the Local Supplier section that begins on page 14.  Those who offer flowers and other services for weddings and events have a cake symbol.

Contact growers for specific information on prices and availability, and be sure to tell them you made the connection through the ASCFG Buyers’ Guide.

If you don’t find what you’re looking for in this edition, call the office at (440) 774-2887 and we’ll help you locate the flowers you need.
